Terms and Conditions

Once payment has been made your place on the course is secured.  

We only train small groups to give you the level of support you need. 

We provide the highest level of training our team puts a lot of time and effort into your learning experience, organising staff, admin, enrolment, models, learning material, support etc.

Therefore, we cannot accept last minute cancellations or reallocate your space to another student therefore the following apply:

Cancellations

Any course booking cancelled more than 21 days before the training date will be refunded 50% of the course fee (written cancellation is required).

If you cancel your course within 20 days of the training date the course fee will not be refunded.

Any delegates who do not turn up to training will not be refunded or allocated any further dates as this is not acceptable as another delegate could have filled this space.

GLOW Aesthetic Training cannot accept responsibility for students’ changes to work commitments, illness or personal circumstances within this 20 day period and will not transfer or refund fees.

Your health

If a course is cancelled due to low numbers or for reasons beyond our control, we will transfer you to another course date.

If you require travel or accommodation to attend your course we strongly recommend that you include a cancellation fee, to ensure a full refund, should the course be cancelled or moved to another location.  We are not liable to refund, or part refund, any travel or accommodation costs lost through the course being moved to another date or location.
